On Tuesday, December 27th at 8PM the Lodi Fire Department held its final department meeting of 2011. This was to be the final meeting with Chief Anthony Maiolo as 610. During the meeting, Chief Maiolo presented incoming 3rd Assistant Chief Adam Bene with his Chief’s Helmet. Chief Maiolo then presented 1st Assistant Chief Darren Yuhas with his 610 pins and badges and then turned the meeting over to him. Chief Yuhas presented Ex-Chief Maiolo with his Ex-Chief’s badges. The meeting was adjourned and the beefsteak dinner began provided by Geresi’s Catering. The Lodi Fire Department would like to thank Chief Anthony Maiolo for his years of dedication to the town and especially his last four years as Chief and wish him well in the future.
